      High degree of freedom, not much customer contact, easy to get additional responsibility if desired, very flexible with work and school schedule.

      Cons

      no opportunity for career advancement, lack of motivation from corporate leadership, outdated and ineffective business practices, no mobility within the company.

      Pros

      good pay. 6 paid holidays.

      Cons

      Distribution center only cares about numbers, not employees. Keep your production up to 90 or above or you're a goner. Fellow employees wil mow you down trying to pull their items. and if you're slow, look out, you have to get out ot THEIR way. And of course you can't make your production if you can't work and have to wait for others to fill their orders.
