      The pay for department managers is above average for retail.

      Cons

      Observing the complete picture, I was extremely disappointed in the overall treatment of the employees from this Christian company. The drive for profit definitely clouds what I think would think would be a major company goal of great customer service and long term employees.

      good pay. 6 paid holidays.

      Cons

      Distribution center only cares about numbers, not employees. Keep your production up to 90 or above or you're a goner. Fellow employees wil mow you down trying to pull their items. and if you're slow, look out, you have to get out ot THEIR way. And of course you can't make your production if you can't work and have to wait for others to fill their orders.
