Closed on Sunday. A 5 day work week other than the mandatory holiday schedule. Which results in long hrs if don’t have a great organization. Overall its a great place to work I personally enjoyed the atmosphere and the challenges of working with my store team. I say do it because the pay is great. Once you are all set and done you will be visited by a District Manager once a month and you will be challenged on your performance and on your store conditions. It’s not a cake walk the pay is great, but it’s a business. The owners are super great people, but again it’s a business. The upper management will hold you accountable for your store. Which in turn your people will then be held accountable for there performance. I say go for it, I stayed in the business for 25yrs.
Cons
It’s a business and it not easy you have to have a positive attitude and great people skills. It’s not a cake walk. Big pay comes with big responsibility.
