      Pay - above average Benifits - above average Sundays off - most of the time

      Slave Labor Unfair treatment of employees Beratings from upper management Unrealistic expectations of tasks to complete vs. labor available Lack of any authority by store asst. manager, warehouse manager and others who should have a lead role.

      Pros

      good pay. 6 paid holidays.

      Cons

      Distribution center only cares about numbers, not employees. Keep your production up to 90 or above or you're a goner. Fellow employees wil mow you down trying to pull their items. and if you're slow, look out, you have to get out ot THEIR way. And of course you can't make your production if you can't work and have to wait for others to fill their orders.
