Discounted products and had to wear a lot of hats because the company is so small.

Nepotistic work environment, micro-controling management and lack of respect for employees work life balance when owners work about 11am-3pm about 3 days a week, there is not even a work from home policy for something like a snow day or flood for full time employees.
