Dubious characters in management. Shady and some just unpleasant.
Not great respect for long term employees, despite claiming to be a 'people company'. Make no bones about it, Hobs are a investor in technology; they don't really care too much about the personnel.
Culture, whilst good because of some great employees is often reduced to gallows humor. People do inherently moan, but there is no smoke without fire.
