Highly paid professionals not setting a good example. One instance being a senior colleague openly arranging their personal social events over the phone during work hours speaking loud enough in the office for others to hear. Also standing by the reception desk a number of times throughout the day chatting with the receptionists and sitting on reception to cover which for a senior individual was not appropriate. General lack of professionalism, which was not addressed.
No respect for facilities and benefits provided, such as the coffee machine that was free by the company, however, was not looked after by staff. Also the kitchen facilities where there were dishwashers constantly broken because of being overfilled.
Unhealthy romantic relationships that would fester into work life. Definitely a risk being a financial services industry and with the size of the company. This was not managed or addressed appropriately by line managers.
