Friendly, supportive and motivating environment - Facilities Manager Hodge Employee Review

I was employed by Hodge in late 2019 and have thoroughly enjoyed working here since. All colleagues are friendly and genuinely caring and this can be recognised across all levels of management. The business is very driven and in doing so, is supportive and encouraging of colleague professional development. It is a challenging but rewarding place to work. I began my career at Hodge as Front Office Coordinator and was offered the opportunity to become Facilities Manager, despite lack of previous experience. I have been mentored by a range of colleagues and under taken a number of training courses which have aided me in becoming more competent in my role. I feel as though my opinion is valued at Hodge. Management are very approachable and we work as a team, making it a comfortable environment to work in. I enjoy working each day, and this greatly down to the people at Hodge.
