Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, and it is a shame to hear this has been a negative experience. As you’ll know, our pension scheme has been updated and remains generous as we benchmarked this to the upper quartile in the market to retain that value for our colleagues.
We are undergoing an important period of evolution at Hodge, setting us up to grow sensibly and responsibly.
