      Some attorneys are good to work with

      Cons

      Culture is terrible for non-attorneys. Too many layers of management on staff side and feels very political. Certain C Suite executives are downright rude to staff. No transparency about roles and responsibilities— it feels like you could literally be fired any moment and you wouldn’t even know why.

      Pay, benefits, training and most people at firm

      Cons

      Inconsistencies in workloads within and outside of departments - excessive amounts of work for some while others have luxury of regularly taking very long breaks, etc.
