      Pros

      They have some excellent projects, interesting complex work and can make a real difference in the work they do. Very supportive culture and colleagues. Good benefits and now employee owned.

      Cons

      As a specialist added value consultancy the work can be very challenging - obviously this isn't a con for a lot of people!

      1. Favouritism is evident within the company. 2. There are signs of systemic abuse in the workplace. 3. The organization operates under a strict hierarchical system. 4. There are four directors for a relatively small company. 5. The company has a disproportionately large management team.

      Pros

      Challenging projects that keep you interested. Chance to work with client (technical and business development) at all levels of seniority. Supportive team and people are available for support when needed. Great wellbeing policies.

      Cons

      Very very close management of project management delivery but understand why it has to be done.
