-thankfully, I don't work here anymore. Awful. Awful. Awful. Worst job experience, atmosphere, potential....the list could go on. If you are of any worth and have any ambitions to further your career, think long and hard before making the switch. Ask to sit in on operations for a day before you decided to take this job on...see what its like.

-Inexperienced "training" team -operations room consists of around 10 people in quiet, awkward room -"leadership" of company are very socially awkward -operations of company "organized" with Google Documents. You basically transfer the same information back and forth, repeadelty in hopes of accurate planning -data entry/input given as part of an operations team member instead of planning -healthcare benefits are very poor and of little worth
