Pros
Monday - Friday. Asked to work on weekend's occasionally though. Small company. Good for a driver who just wants to drive, and sit and get live loaded everyday. Good company to work for until you find something better.
Cons
Uneducated Management, Driver Managers suck poor appointment times making detention pay invalid which ultimately means working for free. Old trucks with 500,000+ miles on them. Get paid percentage of loads, which means they can use you to move trailers around for free. If someone messes up your backhaul or it gets cancelled you drive home for FREE! One time in the last 2 years I've gotten paid hourly for a drive home due to someone elses mistake. If you try complaining or speaking up you will get crappy loads for the next week or two. You are warned!
