      Pros

      you can learn a lot about steel fabrication. staffs particularly the ones working in the shop floor are good.

      Cons

      They take work without much knowledge and then try to learn as the job progresses. Management doesn't bother about the staff welfare. They don't understand the concept of giving back to the employees as they feel investing back in the company is giving back to employees. Too many employees leaving within a short frame of time.

      Sad to say, Nothing much to say unfortunately.

      Cons

      They implemented an internal policy requiring all office employees to work 10 hours a day without overtime or additional days off. It’s been a difficult experience for me; after I left, I realized I had sacrificed so much of my time while working at Hofmann Engineering.
