High level of Engineering, Everyday something to learn.

High level of Politics, few high level employees take advantage of good people.

Sad to say, Nothing much to say unfortunately.

They implemented an internal policy requiring all office employees to work 10 hours a day without overtime or additional days off. It’s been a difficult experience for me; after I left, I realized I had sacrificed so much of my time while working at Hofmann Engineering.
