Pros
Was updated quickly and consistently throughout my interview process. The onboarding process was particularly smooth and efficient, and everyone has been very welcoming and helpful so far. They make you feel valued as soon as you join, and everyone is impressively responsive and eager to help.
Cons
More a word of advice rather than a con - but I would make sure you're comfortable with fully remote working. As mentioned, everyone at Hofy is exceptionally responsive and keen to help, but you should be willing to seek out help and information yourself if you want to succeed here.
