Pros
I can't speak for every manager in the company, but I have flexibility as to where I work. I can be in the office, or work from home if necessary.
Cons
Could make more somewhere else doing the same job, but likely confined to an office 10 hours or more a day, every day. Never get 100% away during time off, as you always have your phone on and with you.
