My experience was largely negative, and I struggled to identify any meaningful positives.

While experiences may differ across teams, my experience was negatively affected by a culture of frequent gossip and unprofessional behaviour among some colleagues. I also observed inefficiencies in day-to-day operations and found the office space to be disorganised and cluttered. The implementation of the clock in and out system is also very unnecessary.
