Pros
Staff are friendly, best part of the job is going in and seeing coworkers. Due to the location of the restaurant/bar in Fenway, oftentimes your customers are not the most friendly or even the most diverse. Pay is good (tip-based), although currently it's a lot less than it used to be because there is new management that is over-scheduling more staff than necessary for shifts.
You can take on as many or as few shifts as you would like.
Cons
-New management that's making the job a lot less efficient than it used to be because they're still trying to work out the kinks.
-Operations are almost entirely run by the current staff that has been around for years like dividing up the sections that they'll be taking over for the day.
