Great colleagues who understand their mission and deliver great content regardless of the erratic direction given by the executive management who doesn't care to understand basic communication issues and their own people recommendations.
Cons
How to turn something simple into something complicated must be executive management motto. It wouldn't be a big issue if they trust their team and let them work, but in addition to create a mess on a daily basis, the executive management then micromanages their people without bringing any good feedback on the table. Maybe because their only incentive is to please the CEO. If you expect to work in an objective driven company that rewards good ideas, with no room for non-sense, I recommend looking for another company.
