Pros
You will have a good deal in package (even some of detail will be kept unclear), good building and its location. Have a great strategy on paper but lack in implementation (or too slow) as typical of traditional manufacture company
Cons
When you are working for your own, it is easy. But to deal with other function is a nightmare. They are very typical of traditional manufacturing company that problem driven instead of anticipating problem. Soon will merge with Lafarge, and efficiency will be a heavy topic especially in people among high competition in the market with new and existing players. No longer attractive related to the vision
