      Easy to get along with people, everyone likes to have fun, but is serious when needed. A company truck is included

      Cons

      Low pay for management, not a whole lot of hours required, about 50, but no overtime compensation. Not very many cons

      Distance between site locations sometimes can be gruesome if you don't enjoy driving.
