Very cliquish company with opportunities for brown nosers ONLY - Anonymous employee Holder Construction Employee Review

The culture at Holder is one for brown nosers. If you are not willing to be one, this is not the company for you. Not a lot of opportunities for minorities. There are none in higher management positions and each and every crop of interns look exactly the same. Upper management doesn’t appreciate their employees. It is VERY cliquish at this company so the employees aren’t friendly if you don’t fall in a clique. I have heard racist and sexist words while working there and there were absolutely no opportunities for me to grow.
