Fantastic learning environment, one of the more diverse larger GCs. Big in Data Center and Avaition Market. Exceptional support across departments and country for all aspects of the business. On the higher end of compensation. Travel incentives. Cost of living adjustments based on region. Strong culture. Fantastic future outlook for this company.
Cons
High intensity environment, working local for career lengths of time is only feasible in the Atlanta or home office areas - unless you work in a support department or a VP level role in one of the regional offices. Joint ventures are becoming more common place as larger projects continue to be taken on. Pretty common place with large nationwide GCs.
