The owner values every employee and takes the time to train and give you the tools to succeed. The team is close knit and everyone helps each other where they can. Great place to learn and grow!

None that I can think of

I am very grateful to have made the switch over to The Holder Group over a year ago now. I feel like a valuable part of the team, which creates an inspiring environment. The people I work with on a day to day basis are good people, that you know have your best interests at heart. Drew really is also great person to work for--he cares and does his best for his employees. He takes your opinions into account and listens. I trust him completely and he has really taken the time to train me into my role--which you cannot say about many company owners!

Drew expects a lot out of his employees and work/life balance can be an issue at times.
