Flexible schedule, paid onboarding/ training, paid weekly training meetings, paid mileage + travel time, great opportunity to gain experience with families, communicative management, independent work
Cons
Last minute cancellations are common, need to self advocate to get more hours, upon hiring they say 20 hours guaranteed but that is not true, no benefits, trainings/ admin time is not the same as clinical hours pay (minimum wage)
