      Pros

      Great people to work with! Everyone is hardworking and willing to go the extra mile. We had a great time being around each other always.

      Cons

      The summers in Redding are very hot. The lake has deteriorated a bit so there is not as much work anymore. There is not a lot of movement within the company.

      It was a job, that's all, no more, and that's when the unemployment rate was 10% here, now it's 18%.

      Cons

      When I was laid off, I was given a few hours notice, then worked through the day, that's it, good bye.

      Pros

      Really a great summer job for anyone. Lots of great customer service experience. Working with the public trying to make a person have a great vacation. It is easy to do this a Holiday Harbor. They really try to make sure people have a good time. Flexible schedule. Discount on rentals from the Toy Box.

      Cons

      There are limited amounts of job during the winter if you want to keep working there.
