One of the few companies in this town to offer full time employees benefits. It's a non-stop and diverse working environment. Loads of friendly people along with repeat guest to keep the job enjoyable.
Cons
I has truly been the worst place for training someone that is new to the field of hotel servicing. If the salesman is not a team player, they can crash and burn the whole pyramid of service to the ground. The Front Desk Agents on 3-11 pm have got to be set-up to win! It is vital to success and maintaining loyalty of guest at any Hotel.
