      Pros

      I make my own schedule I have the freedom to run sales and implement ideas that I have. Pay is better than most jobs I've had I get easily motivated and want to move up. Something about landing a sale is nice.

      I feel like I do lots of work and am not well compensated.

      The managers were flexible with scheduling and were willing to work around employees' availability, which helped maintain a better work-life balance.
