Pros
The residents who lived in the building were great to get along with. Very nice elderly people who would take an interest in you because maybe they don't get to see their family much.
Cons
No breaks because they give you so much work to do. Then when you get all of it done and have time for a quick breathe. They just add more work for you to do. Even though you have other employees there that are always taking breaks or on their cell phones right in the middle of working. Low wage for the amount of work they make you perform for an 8hr shift. They don't actually care about the residents who pay a pretty penny to live their. The managers and head chef always complained about them.
