Pros
- Very flat hierarchy and can get in touch with boss/founder pretty much on a daily basis
- Very hands-on, you are given highly technical legit tasks to do from day 1
- Tend to be working on similar aspects of things
- Office is comfy, stocked with snacks and drinks
Cons
- Staff are friendly but quite exclusive at times, as an intern observing other interns I feel like we are each somehow "marked" by different seniors which you interact with the most but not everyone else.
- Staff habitually stay behind for work long after required hours, which is a bit stressful for interns
