Good people (besides the boss) and mission, just executed extremely poorly.

POOR MANAGEMENT, no true commitment to internal company culture, high turnover rate because everyone is burnt out, low pay for ridiculous hours, narcissist boss who shouldn’t run a DEI company. This company is extremely exploitive, especially towards young employees interested in impact work.
