Pros
Free tea and coffee, fruit.
Small tight knit office.
Cons
The pay is very low for the same roles in London. There's no promotion or advancement prospects, and no end of year bonuses.
The company is split between running as an agency and running as a software house. There is constant disagreement and in-fighting from the leadership.
A lot of people are constantly unhappy, and I witnessed over 18 people leave in my time; staff turnover is very high. They just put out another job advert and move on.
The software team has a leadership consisting of inexperience and laziness. Projects are always late when delivered to clients. There is no testing or quality assurance team since the leadership don't believe it falls under the responsibility of the devs to test.
