Everything! I've been at this company for quite some time and since I do not have a maritime background, I figured it would be beneficial to take any opportunity possible to learn the different aspects of the job and to do it well. WRONG! This company does not encourage learning and development. How many employers would actually appreciate someone that wants to learn the ins and outs of the job compared to pushing paper just to get things done? This place. 140 of no change, male domination, and negative energy. Don't waste your time applying because this place will not invest in you as an employee
