9/80 schedule, nice neighborhood to walk around at lunch

Cons

Not at all what I was expecting from what I was told at the interview. I have never been so micromanaged in my life. Constant power struggle between Seattle and Santa Clarita from management and you are stuck in the middle like some child going through a divorce. No opportunity for advancement, old timers that have worked there forever hate the place but yet never seem to leave. The office is new but very cramped, you will get annoyed by your neighbor... wear headphones! Everyone seemed very depressed there except when they had free food. One free cruise a year is not worth working here, just go buy your own cruise, they are not even that expensive. Management is very much like the good ol' boys club, this is 2018 not 1918.

Great position if they still offer a base salary for your first year.

Working west coast hours from the east coast.
