Pros

Typical benefits - not great, but good enough, there are some travel opportunities to attractive locations, a few cruising perks included, don't require a lot of overtime, and a 9/80 schedule (the 9/80 is by far the best perk offered)

Cons

Internal communication is horrible, no attempts at community building, road blocks and barriers to success are everywhere, a militaristic culture that suppresses employee attempts at implementing improvements, very top heavy with VPs/Directors paranoid about job security, archaic review process, length of employment is rewarded more than quality of employee, salaries are significantly lower than market averages. You actually have to pay money to go to the company summer picnic.

Great position if they still offer a base salary for your first year.

Cons

Working west coast hours from the east coast.
