Pros

Easy bookings, info there when you need it to answer all guest question and there are thousands of them I got in 3 years.

Cons

Micro-managing is the poorest part. I am a sales pro worked over 30 years selling Xerox equipment B2B and wholesale. You have QA Eval kids probably never sold a glass of lemonade as a kid in front of their house, rating your sales technique. I was always at the top of my monthly numbers on the team of about 20 agents. If they just let me be I would have stayed but with the low hourly pay and tiny commissions it isn't worth the headaches.

Great position if they still offer a base salary for your first year.

Cons

Working west coast hours from the east coast.
