Facility is in disrepair. not enough help, wages low

The guys that work in the factory are great and all have a wealth of knowledge.

Boring, one dimensional job. Terrible hours. Co-workers will routinely backstab and undermine your efforts. You will be expected to know the job inside and out with zero formal training by the end of your first week. Management has a poor track record and the factory floor has a incredibly high turnover rate. Do not expect to unionize if you are intending to work at the factory. You will be fired. The company has a strict no cellphone policy and doesnt even provide you with a desk phone that works.
