Pros
The work isn't difficult and it is a low stress job. There are many other employees so there is lots of opportunity to make friends and socialize.
Cons
The pay is very low with little room for advancement without a bachelor's degree. Even after receiving promotions, the highest you can expect to go is regional manager.
