Pros

Benefits - great health insurance, 401k match, BESOP, etc.

Cons

Company completely changed since I started working there 6 years ago. When I joined, I never thought I'd leave. It was a company full on long-tenured reps (hard to find these days), people who believed in our products and lived by our mission, cared about our end users, and cared about our culture and employees. Upper management has completely changed since then. They don't understand the business units & how they operate whatsoever and they also do not care about the reps. Quotas are now impossible to hit and don't make sense, company is cutting corners when it comes to manufacturing costs and products are going downhill, and the people who have been with the company for ages are leaving in droves. Reps are now being micromanaged using metrics that make absolutely no sense and give no insight into how you or your territory is performing, and everything is just about checking a box for leadership. Everything that this company once stood for has completely gone out the door in the last few years and with the new faces that have taken over. This company is going to go downhill in record time if the current leadership stays in place.

Pros

Currently great benefits, but warned during open enrollment in 2025 that 2027's insurance costs will be raised. Nice, classy location.

Cons

Constant failures at certain manufacturing plants with little consequences taken. All project backlog being blasted through in one year, leading to clear evidence that management is trying to free-up talent at the same time in 2027. Meaningless work that will not make an impact to people who use our products and services.
