- Above average pay - Currently Industry standard benefits (is that a pro?) - 2-2-3 shifts allow for decent days off. - Very safe, air conditioned work environment. -

- Reciprocation from B level leadership is often surface level pleasantries rather than being tangible. - Benefits package gets worse as years pass. - Decisions from corporate the past 4+ years have been increasingly at the detriment of employees. - Fit For Growth has been a glorified mess leading to confusion and constantly changing standards leading up to S4HANA implementation. - Career Growth is heavily based on personal relation, rather than merit. - 12 hour shifts lead to burn-out in the long run, even with more days off.
