- Some good products - Global Reach - Privately (employee) owned

- Micro-managing upper management that can't seem to work unless they mandate everyone else is in the office - No leadership or vision for the future. New "2x" is a real joke and employees are openly mocking it - Constant changes in goals means no pipeline of products and super-slow in delivery - Chase off strong performers and replace with outside hires who think very highly of themselves
