Pros
Amazing staff and an amazing place to work! I have never worked with a company that puts so much effort into training new staff. Since starting everyone has told us that they try to set you up for success, and you know what? They actually do! Doesn't matter if you make a mistake, because in their eyes its a way for you to learn from it and learn how to not make that mistake again! They promote from within the company as well, so if you do good then before you know it you will have your own building to look after. If you have a problem and you need help, you can phone anyone and they will actually help you out to the best of their ability or give you a number of someone who can. I have never worked for a company that puts so much effort into each of their employees until now. They even have appreciation BBQ for their tenants and staff partys that will blow any other company away! Truly amazing!
Cons
Some long hours when on call, but your days off are always yours to do whatever you want with!
