Organized , low stress and wonderful customers

sometimes micro managed , continuous inventory

The Voucher program ( not done by Hollywood feed but the Suppliers of the products ) is great

Horribly managed company. Unrealistic expectations and unwilling to help when in a pinch. ( thats corporate to managers ) put things off which leads to issues later on making things worse. The top people in the company only care about the profit margin ( which is over 50% mark up for everything not dog food but only because that gets you in the door )
