Pros

None. Please see the reasons below.

Cons

Toxic work culture and it comes from the top Cofounders are very rude and will threaten to fire you anytime. They have no knowledge of tech but still micro-manage the tech team. They won't pay last month salary to employees who resign stating how that has costed them so many clients Few incompetent employees try to undermine others work to make themselves look good in front of the cofounders

We are sorry you felt this way! We always encourage communication and transparency. We would have loved to have that with you. Instead you have decided to not honour your contract and leave mid-way through a project. The unfortunate part was that you did not actually complete the task which you had confirmed as finished. Pushing the whole project over the line and creating a liability for all of us. While we encourage communication we like to have constructive criticism, not the type of language unfortunately you use here as well. We invested in your development from the very beginning and understand your frustrations. It's sad to end things on a negative note. But honouring your commitments are one of the most important traits. Hope you will learn from this experience for the better onto your next adventure.

Cons

Growing team of incredible talent and career progression paths not clear so at risk of losing top talent due to this.
