      - Culture and work enviornment - Opportunity to grow - HR Department Leadership and talent, pure joy to work with - IT department was PHENOMENAL compared to my company I work at now - Work life balance - Compensation, Bonus, ESPP and RSU program are all great perks

      - Majority of corporate moved to Marlborough leaving Bedford, MA behind. Far commute from the city area.
