Excellent products and great company culture...at least within diagnostics Good pay and benefits. Great people.
Cons
The new executive leadership continues to gut the sales leadership and seems bent on recreating the culture in the Stryker model. Illogical goals have been set and restructuring has caused layoffs. In over ten years I never saw layoffs until now. Very bottom line and callous at the top
