Pros
When the company was not so big, it was a wonderful place to work. Great benefits, wonderful people.
Cons
Too many acquisitions in such a short time. They never let the dust settle. Upper management did not care about the support staff! Many promotions with upper management but not enough with the lower support. They also forgot that it was a women't health company! Flex time was frowned upon in most departments.
