      Great people within departments, new CEO is taking the company in the right direction, lots of opportunity since the acquisition shuffled senior management around.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits for 2014/2015, got rid of the bonus structure Gen-Probe had in place, communication between departments can be stressful at times, no company activities
