We work hard to ensure that everyone has the tools and resources they need to do their job, a friendly and collaborative work environment, and is surrounded by other intelligent and driven individuals. Thank you for these callouts! We realize how important communication is, and keeping our employees informed. While there may be times that information cannot be shared broadly for a period of time, we as a company always try to remain as transparent as possible. Although leadership meetings are vital, we never want anyone feeling secluded or feeling like they have no visibility into what their team is working on. I would really encourage you to have an open conversation with your manager to discuss what it is that they are working on and how you may be able to get more involved, and to share your thoughts on wanting to stay more informed moving forward. If you are not comfortable going to them directly, my door is always open. We appreciate all that you are doing and all your hard work!
